No-Shows: Missed appointments will be charged 100% of all services booked. After 3 no-shows, future bookings must be prepaid via e-transfer, including any outstanding fees.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $20 fee per service. We do not accept same-day cancelations.

Approved Cancelations: Call the salon 204-222-8163 or leave a voicemail at least 24 hours in advance. Emails and DMs are not accepted. Emergencies and Out-of-control situations will be waived. After 3 occurrences fees will be implemented. If you are not sure if you can make it please book last minute when you know you can be here.
